CityGate New Cairo is operated by Capstone. Project information, answers to your questions, and help identifying options that suit your needs.

Information we may collect

When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, phone, optional email, project interest, message, page language, landing page and available marketing attribution. The CityGate purchase-enquiry form also records your purchase intent, apartment type, approximate total property budget range, intended buying timeframe, country of residence, request for a reply, and separate choice about sharing with the sales team. These are self-reported preferences, not proof of financial qualification.

Purpose and sharing

Capstone uses your details to respond through this enquiries platform. A saved request and a follow-up notification are separate records: acceptance by a mail service does not prove receipt or action by a sales team. The enquiry form records whether you permit sharing with the team handling CityGate sales enquiries; choosing no still allows a reply from the platform team. The form does not automatically forward your details to an external sales team. Any later referral requires the choice, time and recipient to be recorded. Opening WhatsApp starts the conversation you choose; it does not send the form data. We cannot technically control an external party’s contact after a recorded referral.

Payments and analytics

No payments or reservations are completed on this site. Optional Google measurement tools, when enabled, collect usage and advertising-attribution data after your cookie choice. Existing Google conversion matching, where enabled and consented, uses hashed contact details. The CityGate enquiry form may send a Meta Lead event only after the request is saved and its notification is accepted by the mail transport, and only with advertising-cookie consent. That event contains the project, form version and a non-contact request reference; it contains no raw name, phone, email or qualification answers. TEST requests do not send production Lead or Google conversion events. Declining optional measurement does not prevent sending an enquiry.

Cookies and measurement choices

Optional analytics and ads cookies start denied. You may accept, decline, or later withdraw a stored choice from this page. Withdrawing restores the cookie banner and stops analytics events until you choose again. Inquiry forms and contact links still work without measurement cookies.

Retention and correction

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed for response and reasonable follow-up, then removed or minimized. Durable inquiry files on the server are restricted from public HTTP access. To request correction or deletion, contact us and identify your inquiry.
