CityGate New Cairo is an information and inquiry website about the CityGate project by Qatari Diar, operated by Capstone. It is not the official website of Qatari Diar.

Information we may collect

When you submit an inquiry: name, phone, email, project interest, message text, page language, landing page, and marketing attribution fields such as UTM parameters, gclid, gbraid, and wbraid when present.

Purpose and sharing

The purpose is to respond to your request. When operationally needed, details may be shared with the relevant project sales team so they can reply.

Payments and analytics

No payments or reservations are completed on this site. Optional measurement tools (for example Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager / Google Ads tags, when enabled) may collect usage and advertising attribution data after you accept cookies. You can decline analytics/ads cookies; essential inquiry and navigation still work. Attribution fields such as UTM parameters and Google click IDs may be stored briefly to attribute an inquiry you voluntarily submit. Enhanced conversion matching, when enabled, uses hashed contact details only—never raw personal data in URLs.

Retention and correction

Records are kept only as long as needed for response and reasonable follow-up. To request correction or deletion, contact us and identify your inquiry.
